Job Title : Associate Vice president

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and manage cloud security infrastructure and programs
• Lead vulnerability & threat management, red team, and resilience exercises
• Conduct security assessments (VA/PT, app, network, cloud, code reviews)
• Define security standards, policies, and access controls
• Review system changes and approve secure production deployments
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal security requirements
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and regulators for security activities
• Manage firewall rules, security solutions, and risk mitigation
• Provide reporting, dashboards, and security insights to leadership

Vendor & Compliance:

• Manage security vendors, SLAs, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with policies, IRDAI, CERT-In, and group guidelines

Expertise:

• Recommend new security technologies and best practices
• Track industry trends and improve security maturity

Requirements:

• 1215 years experience (6–8 years in cloud security)
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, OSCP, CCSP, CCSK, AWS/GCP
• Strong knowledge of cyber security, risk, and compliance

Key Skills:

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, decision-making, and ability to work under pressure

Success Metrics:

• Effective cyber risk mitigation
• Timely security assessments and reporting
• Strong compliance and governance
