Job Title: Associate Vice President-Product Engineering

We at Coforge are hiring Product Engineering Leader with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the clusters of product engineering function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage multiple Agile team/ Value Streams of Engineers.
• Own a set of clusters/ modules within the product and act as a primary point of contact as well as subject matter expert in those areas. Experience with front-end technologies. Strong experience with back-end frameworks. Extensive experience in programming languages in Java stack and ability to help teams write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code.
• Work closely with the features/epics provided by the product owners. Ensure the implemented features are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product.
• Work with product management and business teams to ideate technology strategy and line up initiatives around the same. Drive design discussions and decisions around building scalable and modular architecture.
• Stay on top of the software engineering ecosystem, propose and implement new technologies/methodologies as per the business needs.
• Lead GHCP adoption and other AI initiatives.
• Strong Agile and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software / computer engineering
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns and excellent command over data structures and algorithms.
