Arrow Real Estate offers full-service asset management for communities. We are looking for an energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will be fastidious, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.Position Description: The Association Admin will assist the Community Manager with multiple administrative responsibilities and duties.Responsibilities:Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.Directly assist the Community Manager with community related tasks.Board packet assembly, agenda association portals, including but not limited to current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.Communicate and coordinate with third party vendors.Assist with architectural application process.Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:4-year college degree preferred but not required.1-2 years of experience working for an HOA.Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus.Knowledge of HOA regulations and procedures is a plus.Extraordinary customer service skills.Exceptional phone etiquette, writing, and communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type: Full-timeMonday to FridayEvenings as neededOvertimeCompensation and Benefits:        $20.00 an hour401(k)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Insurance7 paid Holidays13 days of paid time off (PTO)Employer Funded Education Bonus OpportunitiesFitness CenterGame RoomMothers RoomEligible after 90 days of employment.
