Finance & Business Manager – Durham, NC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Business Manager to join our growing team in the Durham, NC area. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer-facing finance, understands dealership operations, and values accuracy, compliance, and strong communication.

Position Overview:

As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Present and sell financing and insurance products to customers
• Secure approvals through a network of financial institutions
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure every deal is handled smoothly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous F&I or finance management experience (automotive, powersports, or dealership experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and financial products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
