AVP / VP – Revenue Cycle Management Operations

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai. The AVP / VP of RCM Operations holds executive ownership of end-to-end revenue cycle delivery, financial performance, and operational scalability across enterprise healthcare clients. This role is designed for a senior leader who thrives on accountability, drives outcomes through governance and execution, and plays a critical role in shaping AnnexMed’s operational maturity and growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RCM delivery across Billing, AR, and Denial Management
• Lead large, multi-location, and onshore–offshore delivery teams
• Drive client outcomes through KPI-led governance and SLA discipline
• Ensure operational stability, quality, compliance, and margin performance
• Leverage automation, analytics, and workflow optimization to improve productivity and outcomes
• Partner with Sales, Technology, and Client Success teams on growth initiatives and client transitions
• Act as executive escalation leader for critical client and operational risks
• Build leadership capability and foster a performance-driven operating culture

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare RCM operations
• Proven ownership of large, complex RCM portfolios
• Deep expertise across Billing, AR, and Denial Management
• Strong command of KPIs, productivity, and revenue optimization
• Experience leading physician and hospital AR operations preferred
• Demonstrated leadership across onshore–offshore delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and execution skills
