Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 8+ year of strong hands‑on experience as Cloud Administrator (AWS,Azure).
• 4+ year rich experience in Databricks Administrator, have worked minimum on 2 projects end to end on Databricks platform provisioning on Azure Cloud.
• Deep Knowledge of Databricks workspaces, clusters, jobs, libraries, and secrets
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts for data platforms
• Understanding of Lakehouse architecture and data platform operations

Professional & Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently at customer location with minimal hand‑holding
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models
• Process‑oriented mindset with strong documentation discipline
