HW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented and professional B2B Administrative Assistant to support our clients business-to-business operations. Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to B2B sales and account management teams
- Manage and process purchase orders, invoices, and contracts
- Communicate professionally with business clients via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer account records in CRM systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
- Assist with billing inquiries and account reconciliation
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation compliance
- 2+ years of administrative experience (B2B environment preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
