Job Description
La Trafila is a New York–based artisan pasta manufacturer supplying fresh pasta to restaurants, chefs, specialty food stores, and hospitality businesses. Our pasta is Made in New York, Mastered in Italy, combining traditional Italian pasta-making techniques with modern production.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to expand our presence within the New York restaurant and hospitality market.
Responsibilities
Develop new restaurant and hospitality accounts
Build and maintain relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and food buyers
Conduct product tastings and introduce La Trafila products
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify new sales opportunities within the NYC restaurant industry
Coordinate with operations and production teams to support customer needs
Qualifications
Previous experience in food sales, restaurant sales, or hospitality sales is required
Existing network of restaurant contacts is a strong advantage
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel throughout New York City for client visits
