Backend Developer

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and optimize Node.js + Express REST APIs
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas for high-read, real-time workloads
• Handle WebSocket connections for live gaming and voice call sessions
• Integrate and maintain payment gateways — Cashfree, Razorpay, PhonePe
• Develop and maintain creator payout systems, Coins ledger, and transaction integrity flows
• Monitor server health, set up alerts, and respond to incidents
• Identify performance bottlenecks and resolve them proactively

Must Have

• 2+ years of Node.js backend development experience
• Strong MongoDB/Mongoose skills
• REST API design and best practices knowledge
• WebSocket / Socket.io hands-on experience
• Basic DevOps skills — deployments, reading logs, server restarts
• Payment gateway integration experience

Good to Have

• Redis for caching or job queuing
• AWS / GCP / Railway deployment experience
• Experience with load testing tools (k6, JMeter)
• Knowledge of RMG compliance or fintech regulations
