Their technology captures, monitors, and archives communications across modern channels—including messaging apps, social media, email, and voice—to help organizations meet strict regulatory requirements efficiently and securely.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team building scalable, secure backend systems in a modern cloud environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native backend services using Java and modern frameworks
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelines
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with strong testing practices
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and system improvements
• Help improve observability, deployment processes, and system reliability
• Work on distributed systems handling high-volume, sensitive data

What You Bring

• 7+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong xywuqvp expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
