• Commitment: 1040 hours/week

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards.
• Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning.
• Provide clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions.
• Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI-generated API logic.

• Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.
• Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.

• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
