Job Description:Execute daily end to end business quality monitoring (pre-post sales) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Perform data tracking and analysis to identify anomalies and potential risks in timely manner. Escalate issues appropriately and provide initial input for process improvements and risk mitigation. Ensure alignment of quality framework with governance and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives to strengthen monitoring effectiveness.
Job Specification:Bachelor’s degrees from any major, preferably graduated from Economy and Business management. 1-3 years’ experience in Business Quality, Risk, Compliance, Audit, or related functions (insurance/bancassurance/banking preferred). Good proficiency in English communication (both oral and writing). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with insurance/bancassurance processes and compliance requirements. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., power BI is an advantage).
