Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide professional, upbeat consultations to customers
• Educate customers on company guidelines and industry best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties
• Complete daily administrative tasks and performance tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods (up to 7 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
