Benefits Admin
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Admin will be focused on reconciliation of data
- Benefits Admin will assist with union benefits, enrollments, union dues (invoices) – reviewing and ensuing union dues are reported accurately
- Communicating to/from unions to ensure proper enrollment of benefits
- Sending new hire info and union enrollments, then entering the new hire into system (life events, etc.)
- Will reconcile invoices
- Identifying new hires and terminations
- Replying to emails and assisting with tickets
- Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
- 2-3+ years benefits experience required
- Reconciliation of invoices experience
- Should be familiar with benefits info including terminology of enrollments, election deferral report for 401k plan (there’s also an election or safe harbor match for that deferral).
- Should have a knowledge of benefits admins and file feeds
- Degree is a plus but NOT required
- Union experience is a plus but NOT required
- Intermediate Excel skills

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
