Benefits Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Admin will be focused on reconciliation of data
  • Benefits Admin will assist with union benefits, enrollments, union dues (invoices) – reviewing and ensuing union dues are reported accurately
  • Communicating to/from unions to ensure proper enrollment of benefits
  • Sending new hire info and union enrollments, then entering the new hire into system (life events, etc.)
  • Will reconcile invoices
  • Identifying new hires and terminations
  • Replying to emails and assisting with tickets
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
    Requirements:
    • 2-3+ years benefits experience required
    • Reconciliation of invoices experience
    • Should be familiar with benefits info including terminology of enrollments, election deferral report for 401k plan (there’s also an election or safe harbor match for that deferral).
    • Should have a knowledge of benefits admins and file feeds
    • Degree is a plus but NOT required
    • Union experience is a plus but NOT required
    • Intermediate Excel skills

    Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
