Big Data Analyst - F2F Recruitment Drive | Bangalore Interview Location: Bangalore Date: 11th April (Saturday) Work Location: MSDVC Coimbatore. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a Face‑to‑Face Interview at the Bangalore location. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Big Data Analyst with strong expertise in PySpark and Databricks to design, build, and optimize large‑scale data processing solutions.

The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling advanced analytics and data‑driven decision‑making across business and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize large‑scale data pipelines using PySpark on Databricks Build and maintain scalable Big Data architectures for batch and near real‑time processing Perform data modeling, transformation, and performance tuning on distributed systems Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for business stakeholders Collaborate with Data Scientists to support ML/AI workloads and model integration Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across analytics platforms Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business) to translate requirements into analytics solutions. ✅ Must‑Have Skills Programming & Analytics PySpark – Expert level (hands‑on experience with complex transformations and optimizations) Strong understanding of Apache Spark internals and distributed computing concepts Platforms & Tools Databricks – Expert level (job orchestration, optimization, cluster management) Power BI – Expert level (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization) Big Data & Architecture Strong knowledge of Big Data architecture, data lakes, and scalable analytics platforms Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale Machine Learning (Exposure) Working knowledge (Beginner level) of TensorFlow and PyTorch to support ML use cases. ➕ Good‑to‑Have Skills: Java for backend or data processing use cases Experience with Hadoop ecosystem Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Scala Prior exposure to Automotive domain or Connected Vehicle / Mobility data Experience & Qualification: 5–10 years of experience in Big Data Analytics / Engineering roles Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
