Pay Rate: $24/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Front Desk Administrator to support a busy onsite office in Baldwin, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing strong administrative support. Spanish/English bilingual fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls (English & Spanish)
- Provide front desk coverage and maintain a welcoming office environment
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Support internal staff with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- 1-3+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
- EMR/EHR experience is highly preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of visitors and calls
- Proficient with basic office technology (email, phones, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time onsite schedule
- Opportunity to convert to a permanent position; great benefits once perm
