Location: Baldwin, NY (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9-5PM with occasional evening hours: 1-9PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Front Desk Administrator to support a busy onsite office in Baldwin, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and providing strong administrative support. Spanish/English bilingual fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls (English & Spanish)
  • Provide front desk coverage and maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Support internal staff with clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • EMR/EHR experience is highly preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of visitors and calls
  • Proficient with basic office technology (email, phones, Microsoft Office)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time onsite schedule
