Bilingual Human Resource Admin

The Bilingual Human Resource Admin provides administrative and front?line HR support to employees and leadership. This role assists with onboarding, documentation, employee communication, compliance tasks, recruitment coordination, and general HR operations. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required to support a diverse workforce and ensure clear communication across all HR functions. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located in Lake Zurich, IL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, assisting employees in both English and Spanish and directing questions to the appropriate HR staff.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes including new?hire paperwork, I?9 and E?Verify completion, background checks, orientations, and employee file creation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support recruitment activities by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Translate documents, memos, policies, and conversations as needed to ensure employee understanding and accessibility of HR information.
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, payroll support tasks, and HR reporting.
  • Facilitate employee communication by preparing correspondence, distributing updates, and supporting HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, organizing files, processing forms, and assisting with training sessions, events, and compliance activities.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience in HR administration, onboarding, recruitment support, or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HRIS or HR databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain professionalism, and support a diverse workforce.

Job Details:
  • Contract to Hire
  • 100% onsite
  • Pay $19-$24 an hour depending on experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
