Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist- Process weekly payroll accurately and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws as the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), while serving as the primary contact for benefit questions as the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist.
- Support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and day‑to‑day HR guidance for staff and management as the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist.
- Maintain HRIS data, payroll, and personnel records, and confidential documentation while supporting compliance and audits as the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist
- Partner with leadership on HR initiatives, performance management, employee engagement, training, and culture‑building efforts as the Bilingual Human Resource Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR administration experience
- Hands‑on experience with payroll and benefits administration; bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance with experience using HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP, BambooHR, or similar
