We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in connecting with diverse talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and another language, enabling them to effectively engage with candidates from various backgrounds. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees while adhering to employment labor laws.

Duties

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles within the organization.
• Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are well-informed about company policies and procedures.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees to enhance their onboarding experience.
• Negotiate job offers with selected candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize recruitment software such as TempWorks and Excel for tracking applicants and managing the hiring process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, providing timely updates and feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and another Spanish is required.
• Experience in interviewing candidates and conducting employee orientations is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices in recruiting is essential.
• Familiarity with employment labor laws is an advantage.
• Strong skills in training development to create engaging onboarding programs for new hires.
• Ability to negotiate offers effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Experience using recruitment software such as TempWorks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for success in this role.
