Bilingual Staffing Recruiter

We are seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join our Phillipsburg NJ team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition.
• Requires weekend availability to confirm candidate placements for Monday morning.

Qualifications:

• 3+years of proven experience in staffing coordination or recruitment roles with a strong focus on technical recruiting and talent management.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish (Required)
