Position Title: Bilingual Trade Recruiter
Position Summary:
Talent Corps is seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual Trade Recruiter to manage recruitment efforts within a designated market or region. This role is responsible for leading the full recruiting life cycle for skilled trades positions, collaborating closely with internal sales teams and external clients to deliver high-quality hiring solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all recruiting activities for the assigned market or region.
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to ensure recruiting strategies align with organizational needs.
- Source, screen, and place skilled trade professionals using multiple recruiting methods.
- Oversee the full recruiting life cycle from job posting through offer acceptance.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure performance goals are achieved.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business development, and operations management.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and skilled trades recruiting.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
