At Dornan, we invest in long term career growth through structured progression pathways and continuous training support. Responsibilities Lead Project BIM Coordinators and manage workload of Revit Technicians. Coordinate with Dornan Engineers, Design Teams, and 3rd‑party contractors.
Work with the BIM Manager to plan project programmes and BIM delivery strategies. Chair weekly coordination meetings and workshops, producing minutes and tracking actions. Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Project BIM Implementation Plan (BIP).
Support the UK BIM Manager in developing company BIM standards. About You Your Experience You bring proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator on large scale commercial or mixed‑use projects. You have a strong understanding of BIM delivery within MEP environments, including coordination at RIBA Stages 5 and 6.
You are confident leading teams, managing workloads, and driving coordination across multiple disciplines in a fast paced environment. You have strong communication skills, can challenge internal and external teams to meet deliverables, and are comfortable leading coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and design teams. You take ownership, demonstrate strong planning and programming ability, and have a solid understanding of commercial awareness and project delivery requirements.
Your Qualifications A relevant qualification in Building Services, Engineering, BIM, or a related field. Strong IT proficiency including Revit, Navisworks, Excel, and Fabrication MEP. Appropriate and current health and safety awareness (e.g., CSCS / equivalent). #J-18808-Ljbffr
