⚙️ About the RoleWe are seeking a Body Shop Manufacture Engineer to join our dynamic production engineering team. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing body shop manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of high-quality EV components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in welding, jigs, fixtures, and automation systems within the automotive manufacturing environment.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or body shop manufacturing engineering.Strong knowledge of welding process, jigs & fixtures, and robotic automation (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka preferred).Hands-on experience with CAD tools and process simulation software.Good understanding of lean manufacturing, quality systems, and process validation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

✅ Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes for body shop operations (welding, sub-assembly, framing, sealing, etc.).Support equipment installation, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting.Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and PFMEA.Coordinate with equipment suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes.Ensure safety, ergonomics, and environmental standards are integrated into production processes.Support new model introduction and localization projects.
