We prefer Drivers to be Independent Contractors with an LLC and carry their own health insurance. (Must have Nevada License, Preferred Age 25 to 40, Clean Background & Driving Record) Must be able to drive for 16 hours straight or more if needed. Will need to sleep in truck and must be excellent at strapping in freight so it doesn’t move during a long haul. Also must understand (HOS)Hours of Service and know how use an (ELD)Electronic Login Device (the app we use is called Motive) Please do not apply if you have zero experience with these things. (We strictly do cross country deliveries we do not drive locally) We are strictly looking for serious drivers that can drive for 3 months straight, take pride in being on time to delivery’s and are eager and hungry to make money and earn Bonuses!!! If you have a CDL or Hazmat Certification it automatically increases your pay. If your Body requires 8 hours of sleep daily this job is not for you. Please don’t apply!

Duties:
- Load and unload heavy cargo from the truck and use liftgate if necessary

- Absolutely must know how to shop and buy cheap Diesel fuel when out on the highway
- Safely transport goods to their destination by strapping all freight in so it does not move.
- Follow traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, must get BOL/POD signed and dated at delivery’s and take pictures before and after load is delivered
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules can not be late to delivery’s or your pay will be docked and you will be immediately terminated
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. You will be required to except tracking on (Macrpoint/Trucker Tools app)

Skills:
- Experience as a delivery driver or truck driver
- Knowledge of tanker operations, roll-off trucks, and manual transmission vehicles must understand how to use your engine break when driving through mountains
- Proficient in commercial driving techniques and practices
- Ability to safely operate a variety of trucks and vehicles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps for route driving
- Basic automotive repair knowledge is a plus

Must know or be willing to learn how to work a pallet jack and straps to secure freight so it doesn’t move around or get damaged. Heavy pallets may need to be moved to the door of the box for forklifts to take freight off truck.

Salary: From $800$ to $1000 per week
