This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager at DM Security Services, based in New Delhi. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing strategies to meet those targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, generating new business opportunities, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations to drive revenue growth.

• Proven ability in Leadership, Team Management, and Effective Communication
• Experience with Strategic Planning and Market Trend Analysis
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Reporting Tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet client needs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the security services industry is an added advantage
