Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and support the sales team, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and preparing sales forecasts. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to execute successful marketing campaigns and delivering regular performance reports to senior management.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Team management and leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team effectively
