Role Overview
This is a high-responsibility, customer-facing Solution Consultant position with an intensive, structured ramp-up period to build elite consultative, demonstration, and solutioning skills quickly. The role requires immediate high ownership, resilience, and performance, with continuous evaluation during onboarding to ensure long-term fit and success.

Responsibilities
Initial Ramp-Up Phase (6–12 Weeks – Intensive Onboarding & Skill Acceleration) You will engage in a high-intensity, mentored onboarding focused on hands-on mastery and real-scenario application, with ongoing assessments:
A. Consulting Foundations
- Apply structured problem framing and MECE thinking
- Master advanced discovery and questioning techniques
- Manage stakeholder mapping, influence, and relationships
- Articulate quantifiable business and IT value
B. ServiceNow Solution Mastery
- Gain deep expertise across modules: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, APM, IRM, SPM, ITOM, and integrations
- Map business challenges to platform capabilities with an OOTB-first approach
- Evaluate customization trade-offs and architecture implications
C. Demo & Storytelling Excellence
- Develop persona-driven demo scripts and preparations
- Use compelling storytelling frameworks for executive audiences
- Lead live presentations and handle objections confidently
D. Cross-Module Solution Design
- Design optimized to-be processes and workflows
- Incorporate customer journey and experience-led thinking
- Create enterprise-scale solution blueprints
E. Presales & Proposal Fundamentals
- Analyze RFPs/RFIs and structure responses
- Craft strong use cases, value propositions, and ROI narratives
- Perform high-level estimations
- Build persuasive presales collateral and decks
Assessment & Progression
- Weekly hands-on assignments and deliverables
- Real-world case studies and scenario challenges
- Recorded and live presentation/demo evaluations
- Peer and mentor feedback sessions
- Final leadership review
High performance throughout is required to advance fully into the role; inconsistent effort or underperformance may lead to reassessment or exit from the accelerated track.
Ongoing Responsibilities (Post-Ramp-Up)
- Lead discovery workshops to capture AS-IS processes, pain points, KPIs, and strategic goals
- Design and present OOTB-prioritized, value-centric ServiceNow solutions
- Deliver tailored demos and executive presentations to CXOs and IT leaders
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, solution outlines, estimates, diagrams, and proposals
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architects, and Practice teams for seamless execution
- Develop reusable assets (demos, templates, accelerators) and stay current with ServiceNow releases
- Build deep expertise in key industries (BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector, etc.)
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability initiatives
