Role Summary:

Seeking a Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in the Electric Vehicle (EV)

ecosystem who can translate business needs into technical and operational solutions. The

role requires a deep understanding of EV technologies, charging infrastructure, fleet

operations, energy systems, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to EV platforms, charging

systems, fleet management, or energy optimization

• Work with product, engineering, and operations teams to define system workflows

and technical specifications

• Evaluate EV market trends, policies, and competitor offerings to support strategic

decisions

• Create functional documents, process flows, and data models

• Support integrations with telematics, IoT devices, payment gateways, and energy

platforms

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions for EV operations

• Assist in UAT, validation, and deployment of EV-related software solutions

• Prepare dashboards and reports for performance monitoring (charging usage,

battery health, fleet efficiency, etc.)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of EV ecosystem (charging infrastructure, battery systems,

BMS, telematics, fleet platforms)

• Analytical thinking with ability to interpret technical and business data

• Experience writing BRD, FRD, and user stories

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field

• Experience working on EV, mobility, energy, or automotive technology projects

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Confluence

• Understanding of industry standards and protocols (OCPP, OCPI, ISO 15118, etc.)
