Business Analyst

We’re on the lookout for a Business Analyst seen deep in the printer product ecosystem and knows how the whole thing fits together end-to-end.

What we’re looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with printer ecosystems – Hardware, Firmware, Drivers, Supplies (Ink/Toner), MPS, and Device Lifecycle Management

Experience with printer hardware & firmware interaction, print drivers, OS compatibility, and consumables lifecycle

Solid understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) concepts and enterprise print environments

Familiarity with integrations like smart print applications, print drivers (Windows, macOS, Linux), MPS platforms, and enterprise print servers

Comfortable working with metrics such as device utilization, print volumes, and consumables usage
