Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst Planning to join our Supply & Demand Planning team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys transforming data into actionable insights.

You will play a key role in enabling data-driven planning decisions that support organizational goals around product availability, profitability, sustainability, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate brings a curious mindset, strong storytelling ability with data, and a passion for supply chain planning and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Power BI dashboards and visualization tools to support planning and business decision-making
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders
• Support strategic planning initiatives through data analysis and scenario modeling
• Build, maintain, and enhance planning tools, resources, and reporting frameworks
• Leverage SAP ECC, SAP IBP, and AI technologies to optimize planning processes
• Identify risks and opportunities in supply and demand plans and recommend mitigation strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with planning, operations, logistics, costing, and manufacturing teams
• Present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholder groups
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain operations
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX required non-negotiable)
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP IBP
• Strong SQL skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present clear, actionable insights
• Comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI and/or Microsoft Azure certification
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot or similar technologies)
• Strong data storytelling and presentation skills

Top 3 Non-Negotiable Skills

• Expert-level Power BI (DAX proficiency required)
• Manufacturing environment experience with SAP ECC & IBP
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills (AI exposure is a plus)
