Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst to support digital and software-driven initiatives across various projects and clients. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure successful implementation. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in enterprise environments, product teams, or consulting settings, depending on the project assignment. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product owners, and IT teams throughout delivery Support UAT, testing phases, and release readiness Participate in workshops, refinement sessions, and delivery ceremonies where applicable Ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver expected outcomes Requirements Experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Analyst on digital or software projects Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles Ability to work in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments Experience collaborating with technical teams (developers, QA, architects) Comfortable discussing systems, data flows, and integrations at a high level Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities WHAT´S IN IT FOR YOU?
