Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders, driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and functional needs.
• Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Evaluate current operations to identify areas for optimization and process improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and Excel.
• Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.

• Experience in business process design and discovery.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Background in IT or related fields is a plus.
