Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Operations & Data Analytics to drive data-led process improvements across field operations and aftersales functions. The role will focus on building systems, automating workflows, defining KPIs, and enabling leadership decision-making through strong analytics and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop systems, processes, and reports to track operational performance and progress
• Design data structures and pipelines to improve operational efficiency
• Gather requirements from field teams, managers, and leadership and automate processes
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for performance monitoring and insights
• Lead data-driven projects across field operations and vehicle aftersales
• Manage data for off-road vehicles, roadside assistance, B2B customer support, and field failures
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements
• Create management reports and presentations highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, Power Query, Data modeling, etc)
• Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills (Power BI or similar tools preferred)
• Experience handling large and unstructured datasets from multiple sources
• Strong PowerPoint skills for management and leadership reviews
• Good understanding of automotive / EV aftersales operations and related data
• Knowledge of customer SLAs and performance analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, or Operations Analytics
• Experience in Automotive / EV / Fleet Management industry preferred
• Experience with Zoho Creator or low-code platforms is a plus
