Business Analyst

Hands-on Functional SME / Business Analyst with strong automotive manufacturing & Quality Management System (QMS) experience to quickly understand an existing system and create / validate functional specifications for modernization.

Must Have:

• 10+ years as Functional SME / BA
• Automotive manufacturing domain experience
• Strong hands-on experience with QMS, including:
• Quality Issue / Concern reporting
• Workflow & case management
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Correlation / trend analysis across defects and plants
• Supplier quality, audits, and compliance reporting
• Ability to rapidly understand current-state functionality and document functional specs
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, or validation (preferred)
• Bilingual: English & Korean (mandatory)
