Business Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum 8 years' experience as a process architect, business analyst, or technical writer in ERP/enterprise systems environments. Demonstrated experience documenting complex technical processes and developing runbooks or support guides. Ability to conduct effective interviews and facilitate discussions to gather detailed requirements and technical specifications.
