Job Description for IT Business Analyst

Job Heading

We are looking for a passionate individual, having PG/Doctorate background, from corporate banking domain with technical knowledge in SQLs and more than 8+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.

Mandatory Profile

· Technical Skills: SQL, Stored Procedures, IT Architect, Complete SDLC and Corporate Banking (Banking Operations, Credit Risk, Remittance, SWIFT, Trade Finance etc).

Other Roles and Responsibilities

· Identify, integrate and manage required internal and external resources to provide business solutions for complex issues and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Interface directly with clients and project team members to understand the needs and objectives of the business.

· Oversee the entire project life cycle of detailed project plans using an AGILE methodology with due diligence and analysis.

· Strong documentation and analysis skills are essential.

· Subject matter expert on data structures and data flows in and out of the Banking Data Repository.

· Perform in-depth data analysis including building data-models and prototypes to understand complex customer requests.

· Master in understanding of the end-to-end application framework with a focus on customer needs and key business drivers.

· Experience in designing and working on large and complex enterprise data warehouse systems. Define and document system interface requirements for enterprise financial systems. Independently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business system processing.

· Create/Review test cases for system testing to ensure the system processes meets all functional specification and requirements to ensure high quality delivery.

· Experience/understanding of business process re-engineering, data management and governance processes, data flows and relationships and maintain high quality data standards.

· Hands on experience building and designing SQL queries, proficiency with business Intelligence tools, building reports and dashboards to prototype data requirements.

· Relevant certifications are desirable.
