Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Senior Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Supply Chain and Production processes .
This role provides L2 and L3 functional support for Oracle EBS R12 and acts as a bridge between business and IT, translating business requirements into system solutions, configurations, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
L2 / L3 Functional Support
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle EBS R12.
- Support and guide Level 1 support teams during incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to system stability.
- Ensure continuity of production and supply chain operations supported by the ERP.
Business Analysis & Functional Design
- Act as Business Analyst for Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Warehouse areas.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations .
- Propose and deliver evolutionary improvements and enhancements .
- Support functional testing, UAT, go‑live and post‑implementation activities.
Oracle EBS Supply Chain & Production Modules
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Manufacturing / WIP
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Costing
- Procurement
Integrations & Projects
- Support functional aspects of integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems .
- Coordinate with technical teams and external partners.
- Manage and deliver small evolution projects and system improvements .
Computer System Validation (CSV) Support
- Provide support to the CSV department for Oracle EBS‑related activities.
- Contribute to CSV documentation (e.g. impact assessments, quality or validation documents).
- Support execution or review of specific validation tasks (e.g. IQ/OQ evidence support) when required.
- Ensure ERP changes are aligned with internal validation and quality procedures .
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 in manufacturing environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes , preferably within pharmaceutical environments, including the fundamentals of production operations and quality-driven manufacturing practices.
- Experience acting as Business Analyst translating business needs into ERP solutions.
- Experience supporting live, business‑critical ERP systems .
- Knowledge of GMP practices
- Fluent English.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 in manufacturing environments with Functional Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
