Business Analyst - Salesforce

About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud and domain experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and support implementation initiatives focused specifically on Health or Life Sciences Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders in Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare to gather and analyze requirements
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Configure and support solutions in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
• Support end-to-end implementation including UAT coordination and deployment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and life sciences regulatory standards
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution design and delivery
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements

Qualification

• 6–9 years of total IT experience
• Minimum 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
• Domain experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
