Business Analyst / Sr Business Analyst – Collections Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Tracking: Monitor Collections KPIs Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Delinquency rate, roll rates, liquidation rate, agent performance metrics etc.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain automated Excel- and BI-based dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, monitor strategy changes, and deliver deep-dive regular/ad-hoc analyses as requested.
• Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights and assist in developing collections & communication strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role within Fintech or Financial Services. Knowledge of collections practices and debt lifecycles is a plus.
• B.Tech /B.E graduate from a Tier1 or 2 college. MBA is a plus
• Tools Proficiency: Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Ability to stay motivated and focused in a hybrid/remote work environment
