Business Analyst

• Coordinate with the customer business teams to build new functionality when required and set reasonable expectations with customers.
• Should be able to help facilitate, lead or co-lead all Unemployment Insurance business processes discussion with the State's team.
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have good team skills and should be able to collaborate across multiple departments/units to assist in understanding the Unemployment Insurance business process in detail.

Salary Range $100,000-$110,000 year
