We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Business Analyst

Be at the forefront of carbon management and sustainability strategy. We’re looking for a sharp, business-driven Assistant Manager – Business Analyst to partner closely with the Global Head of Carbon Management and drive performance, governance, and strategic execution across a global footprint.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a strategic partner supporting global leadership decision-making
• Drive business performance reviews, governance cadence, and executive reporting
• Own P&L tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis across regions and products
• Support high-impact initiatives including strategic projects, investments, tenders, and M&A
• Collaborate with global product teams to enhance portfolio and product performance
• Deliver insights, risk assessments, and trend analysis that shape business outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, finance, PMO, or operations
• Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and performance analytics
• Experience working in global, multi-entity environments
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred
• Exposure to sustainability, carbon markets, or related domains is a strong advantage
