Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development - Electrical Engineer, located in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in line with organizational goals. The candidate will analyze market trends and client requirements, prepare proposals, provide technical insights, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role also includes engaging with clients and stakeholders to promote the company’s services in power plant automation, transmission systems, and electrification projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret and leverage market data for business decision-making
• Minimum experience of 5-6 years in business development, marketing and sales.
• Should have detail knowledge of Data Centers and industrials projects.
• Proficiency in New Business Development and Business Development strategies to identify and create opportunities
• Effective Communication Skills for clear and professional client interactions and internal collaboration
• Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles related to power systems, automation, and infrastructure improvement is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in rural electrification or power transmission projects is a plus
