? Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong “hunter” mindset to drive new business acquisition across the APAC region. This role is built for individuals who enjoy prospecting, opening doors, and closing deals. You will take ownership of the top-of-funnel pipeline, actively pursuing new customers and creating revenue opportunities.
? Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition (Core Focus)
Aggressively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities across target marketsDrive outbound sales activities including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networkingBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunitiesOwn the early-to-mid sales cycle, from first contact to proposal stage2. Sales Execution
Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to prospective clientsDevelop and tailor proposals to meet customer needsWork towards and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIsMaintain high activity levels (calls, meetings, demos, proposals)3. Market Development
Actively map target accounts, industries, and decision-makersIdentify new market segments and growth opportunitiesGather market intelligence on competitors and customer trends4. Collaboration & Deal Closing
Work closely with senior sales team members to close dealsCollaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer requirementsEnsure smooth handover of closed deals for implementation5. Sales Discipline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in CRM systemsTrack and report on sales activities, conversion rates, and performance metrics
Qualifications
? Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field0–2 years of sales experience OR strong interest in pursuing a sales careerBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsFamiliarity with CRM tools or sales platforms (e.g. Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) is an advantageFresh graduates with strong drive and commercial mindset are encouraged to applyAn interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or cold chain logistics industry is preferredHunter Profile Competencies (Critical)
