We are looking for a high-performing CA professional to join a leading organization in a Business Finance leadership role. This is a strategic position involving close collaboration with business teams to drive financial performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Drive variance analysis, KPI tracking, and MIS reporting
- Evaluate business proposals, CAPEX, and investment decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams for cost optimization & performance improvement
- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
Ideal Candidate:
- CA qualified (mandatory) with 8–11 years of experience
- Strong exposure to Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance
- Experience in manufacturing / pharma / industrial setup preferred
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and team handling skills
