We are seeking a mission-driven Business Finance Manager to lead financial planning,

analysis, and strategic support for our network... This role is critical to

ensuring strong financial stewardship , enabling data-driven decisions

that directly impact student success and operational sustainability. The ideal candidate is

a proactive problem-solver with deep financial acumen and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

 Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for individual schools and

central operations, ensuring alignment with academic and operational goals.

 Support & Business Partnering:

Act as a financial advisor to school principals, regional leaders, and operational

staƯ. Help interpret financial data, manage budgets, and make informed decisions

aligned with each school’s objectives.

 Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance

analyses at the school, regional, and organizational levels. Provide actionable

insights to improve financial performance and resource allocation.

 Capital & Facilities Planning Support:

Provide financial guidance for facility investments, capital budgeting, and long-term

maintenance planning across school sites.

 Process Improvement & Compliance:

Streamline financial processes, improve forecasting tools, and ensure compliance

with relevant education finance policies and regulatory guidelines.

 Business Unit Support:

Support P&L ownership, cost control, and strategic investment decisions.

 Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner with operations, legal, and external consultants to drive operational and

strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related

field. CA preferred.

 3+ years of progressive experience in business finance or FP&A, ideally within the

education sector.

 Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial

stakeholders.

 High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with tools such as

Power BI, Tableau, or education ERP systems (e.g., SchoolCanvas, Tally, etc,) is a

plus.

 Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
