We’re searching for a BUSINESS OPERATIONAL MANAGER ?Someone who thrives on solving complex problems, driving cross-functional alignment, and making sure brilliant ideas don’t just stay on paper, but come alive in execution. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and action. This is for those who can think like a strategist, act like an operator, and lead like a partner.

Your Mission- We need you to execute the plan relentlessly- Act as the proxy of the Managing Director in high-level discussions and operational challenges.- Turning high-level strategy into operational clarity and day-to-day execution - Removing bottlenecks that slow down growth and decision-making- Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that drive growth.

Who You Are- A natural problem solver with 5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.- You have a track record of solving high-stakes operational challenges across teams or business units.- Strong communicator and leader—you can mediate conflicts and rally teams toward common goals.- Agile and results-driven—you get things DONE, even in fast-moving, multi-business environments.- Bachelor’s degree required
