• Cardiac Pacemaker / ICD Insertion, Revision, Replacement, or Removal

• Conversion of Cardiac Rhythm

• Cardiac Ablation Procedures

• Watchman Device Implantation

• Loop Recorder Implantation and Removal


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active IL Medical License

• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology

• DEA: Active DEA

• Certifications: ACLS, CSR License

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Electrophysiology

• IMLC Candidates: Not accepted

• Other Qualifications: Proficiency in EP procedures and hospital EMR systems (Epic)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for cardiac electrophysiology cases

• Consult remotely for hospitalist and ICU services as needed

• Respond to urgent calls or procedural needs within 30 minutes

• Ensure continuous access to EP care during coverage periods

• Collaborate with cardiac surgery and structural heart teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
