Main Purpose:

Support the Change Management Manager and execute change activities for the OneView implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with change strategy execution

• Manage stakeholder engagement activities

• Prepare communication plans and materials

• Support training delivery and user guides

• Track adoption metrics and feedback surveys

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions

• Support risk identification and resistance management
