Job Description

Buddhi Clinic is hiring a Change Management & Clinical IT Lead — the person who builds and runs the information backbone that powers our clinical operations.

We’re a 20-year-old Interventional Neuropsychiatry & Rehabilitation centre in Chennai — rTMS, tDCS, taVNS, qEEG-guided Neurofeedback, robotics-assisted rehab, integrative therapies — with patients from 18 countries and 50,000+ sessions delivered. Our EMR holds a decade of clinical data. Our tech stack is growing. What we need now is the person who turns all of it into a decision-ready engine.

You work hand-in-hand with our Clinical Administrator — they act on the data, you ensure the data is there, accurate, real-time, and impossible to ignore.

 

THIS ROLE IS ABOUT

▪        Owning the EMR/ERP ecosystem — implementation, configuration, optimization, and adoption. This isn’t an IT support ticket job. You architect how clinical data flows through the organisation.

▪        Building clinical dashboards that the Clinical Administrator and leadership actually use — therapy utilisation, session completion, patient progression, waiting times, clinician throughput. If a metric matters clinically, you make it visible.

▪        Driving change management across the clinical team — when we introduce a new system, a new workflow, or a new way of capturing data, you’re the one who makes it stick. Training, adoption, resistance management — you own the transition from old to new.

▪        Designing reporting pipelines that turn raw clinical data into actionable intelligence — not 40-page decks, but sharp, real-time views that trigger action.

▪        Being the connective tissue between clinical operations and technology — you understand what clinicians need, you speak IT fluently, and you bridge the two without anyone having to translate.

 

HOW THIS ROLE PAIRS WITH THE CLINICAL ADMINISTRATOR

▪        They enforce clinical SOPs — you build the systems that flag deviations before they become problems.

▪        They drive patient journey continuity — you ensure the EMR tracks every touchpoint without gaps.

▪        They make decisions on clinical throughput — you feed them the dashboards that make those decisions obvious.

▪        They hold the team to performance standards — you give them the data to do it with precision, not gut feel.

YOU BRING

▪        5–8 years in healthcare IT, EMR/ERP implementation, clinical informatics, or change management within a hospital or clinical setting

▪        Hands-on experience with EMR/ERP systems — you’ve configured them, migrated data, built workflows, and driven adoption across resistant teams

▪        The ability to build dashboards and reporting pipelines that clinicians and administrators actually use — not just technically sound, but clinically relevant

▪        Change management DNA — you know that technology only works when people use it, and you’ve made that happen in a clinical environment

▪        English + Tamil (Hindi a plus)

 

Bonus: Neuro/psych/rehab setting experience. Familiarity with clinical data — therapy outcomes, patient progression metrics, neuromodulation session tracking. BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau). NABH or clinical quality frameworks.
