Job Description

Role Overview:As a Retail Marketing, you will be the driving force behind propelling our brand to new heights in the dynamic retail channel. Your role will be instrumental to aligns closely with the event BTL activation team to responsible for conducting overall channel activation, such as mall-in-mall/ store-in-store activation, and exhibitions. It focuses more on the strategic side, creating promotion strategies and additionally, you will meticulously oversee and monitor all programs to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Activation Progress Management:Create and manage comprehensive promotion strategies and progress tracking for all nationwide activation efforts, including mall-in-mall activations, in-store promotions, and exhibitions.Monitor all trade marketing strategy implementations to ensure precision and effectiveness.Conduct meticulous reviews of the effectiveness of trade marketing plans and activities in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring continuous optimization.Prepare regular reports on trade marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Strategic Trade Marketing Planning:Develop and implement robust trade marketing strategies that align with company sales targets, foster category growth, and secure market share.Ensure the distribution and visibility of all focus SKUs in GT/MT store areas across Indonesia.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Master and implement effective planogram strategies to optimize product visibility and enhance customer experience in traditional stores.

Promotion and Merchandising Initiatives:Work closely with sales and visual merchandising teams to develop and execute in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising initiatives.Ensure the effective implementation of promotional activities and evaluate their impact on sales and brand visibility in stores.

Trade Marketing Material Management:Create and manage trade marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, promotional flyers, and digital assets.Ensure all trade marketing materials align with the brand's image and strategic objectives.

Product Launch Excellence:Facilitate seamless new product launches and collaborate with the commercial team to evaluate product performance, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.Oversee New Product Development (NPD) forecasting and promotion forecasting to ensure accurate predictions for inventory and demand planning.

Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of trade marketing plans.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive trade marketing initiatives.

Monitoring and Detail Orientation:Meticulously check and recheck all programs to ensure precision and effectiveness.Monitor all trade marketing strategy implementations, including in-store activation events, ensuring all details are managed and executed perfectly.

Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in BTL activation, with exposure in the FMCG/personal care or beauty industry.Bachelor's degree from any major.Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong understanding of holistic GT/MT BTL activations on retail marketing principles and consumer behavior.Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills to handle complex tasks efficiently.Willing to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
